Updating Space Flooring

In order to properly assign cleaning tasks to rooms, we need to know their flooring materials. The following guide will show you how to complete these tasks.

Steps:​

  1. Navigate to https://app.dabblefox.com/editor/home
  2. Choose your campus
  3. Choose your building
  4. Select either of the List or Map views at the top of the page
    1. In the Map view, select the Flooring filter
  5. Select the rooms you'd like to change
    1. In the list view, select rooms using the checkbox on the left side of the room name
    2. In the map view, select rooms by clicking on them. You may select multiple rooms by holding down the Ctrl key, or by holding Ctrl + Shift while dragging your mouse
  6. Press the Edit Selected Spaces button on the right side of the page.
  7. Select the Flooring dropdown, and choose the desired flooring material
  8. Press Save Changes
